Detailed workbooks and guidelines for teaching are provided, to ensure that participants that have no formal education or practical experience in teaching can also help.
Volunteers teach children of migrant communities and child labourers English and mathematics, conduct bridge courses for school drop-outs or slower learning children, create a playful environment and enhance the creativity of the children through activities such as painting, playing games, and singing. They work with the local teachers in creating low cost teaching materials and contribute ideas to make education more fun for the children.
